Fischbach Developed requested requested design phase services from CDG for a new greenfield 11,000 sf MOB in Brandon FL. When complete, the building. will house multiple physician tenants centered around a welcoming central corridor. The bldg. design is less scaled commercial architecture and more in line with a Florida "cracker style" commercial esthetic.
