CDG was requested to provide programming, planning, design and visualization services for a new 20,000 sqft medical office building on SR 27 near Lake Wales, Florida.

To support a growing physician base in an increasingly populous area of central Florida, Lake Wales Medical Center sought to evaluate the market demand as well as

financing options available to move many of the project costs from Capital expenses to Operating Expenses.

When complete,  the building will house a 8 bay urgent care and imaging center on the first level as well as Hospital operations and physician suites on the second level.
