BayCare Health system requested master planning services for a new campus in SE Pasco County , Florida.  The campus consists of multiple parcels totaling 54 acres with an additional parcel set aside for a campus partner.  The master plan was developed within an existing DRI and explored different scenarios of commercial, medical office and Hospital uses to satisfy the development order.

The campus demonstrated ‘destination healthcare’  with all of the buildings being situated in a walk-able public realm.
