Advent Health -Dade City requested the design and construction phase service for this complex, multi-phased renovation of their existing Pre and Post operative patient care space. The project included renovation around many existing spaces which were required to remain in service during the duration of the project.

The Hospital had a clear vision to raise the level of care for patients by increasing through put and decreasing waiting times. Additionally, the Hospital wanted to raise the level of design to provide a cleaner, more modern aesthetic while keeping true to their local roots and traditions with woods and warm, rich tones.

The project included overcoming technical challenges such as re-working various passive life safety systems and working with aging infrastructure.
