Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center requested CDG to provide design and construction phase services for the addition and renovation to the existing operating suite at the Hospital. By combining to existing operation rooms and adding space to the department, the new Hybrid operating room and support space adds another high acuity modality to the existing department. The project was phased to include infrastructure upgrades as well as allowing the new shell to be added to the building prior to pressurizing the existing space. The project was conceived in different ways to find the most costs conscious and schedule friendly solution.
